Make It Alive is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from across Europe to support ecological restoration and community recovery in Cyprus after the devastating wildfires of 2025.

During the exchange, participants will work in international teams, sharing their cultures, ideas, and experiences while taking part in hands-on environmental and educational activities. Together, they will contribute to restoring natural spaces and learn more about climate action, cooperation, and sustainable living.

Through practical environmental work, intercultural learning, and educational workshops, participants will actively help restore damaged ecosystems while developing important skills such as sustainability, teamwork, and leadership. The project combines environmental action with youth empowerment, encouraging young people to become more aware of their role in protecting the planet and promoting sustainable lifestyles.

The exchange will take place in Pissouri, Cyprus, creating a space where young people can collaborate, learn from each other's cultures, and work together for a shared environmental goal. By reconnecting people with nature and the local community, the project aims to bring life, hope, and solidarity back to the areas affected by the wildfires.

The main aim of the project is to empower young people to take action in environmental restoration and climate resilience while fostering intercultural cooperation and active citizenship.
